Mike Jones - Head Coach
Mike Jones graduated from SUNY @ Oneonta with a bachelor's degree in political science, where he captained the golf and lacrosse teams.  He holds master's degrees both in history from Wesleyan University, and in sports management from Ohio University, and earned a CAGS degree from Plymouth State University in New Hampshire.  Currently, he is in his dissertation phase for his doctorate in education.  

Mr. Jones grew up at Hamilton College in Clinton, NY, where his father was the head football coach for 34 years. He has taught at several prep schools in Florida, Massachusetts, and New Hampshire, and has coached his teams to four state lacrosse championships in Florida and one in New Hampshire. Prior to coming to Bridgton Academy in 2005, he spent 3 years teaching sports management at Southern New Hampshire University. Although his career in education spans 25 years, he has had several forays out of teaching, including working for the PGA, Gatorade, and the Athens Olympics.  

Mr. Jones resides in Wolfeboro, NH, with his two daughters.
