Our strength & conditioning philosophy here at Bridgton Academy is simple: HOLD NOTHING BACK!

Using several different training ideologies, we integrate our S&C methods to maximize results for our athletes.

Each team is issued S&C programs for pre-season, in-season, and off-season periods. Several teams participate in team workouts run by Coach Sawicki several mornings per week each athletic season.

Speed and power are the name of the game, so here at Bridgton Academy, we take the time to show our athletes the latest practices in the world of Strength & Conditioning. This includes teaching Olympic style weight lifting, Plyometric exercises, and the integration of conventional weight lifting and power development.

The SQA (Speed, Quickness, Agility) program is the epitome of the Bridgton Academy philosophy: bringing out the best of our athletes in a small, controlled environment with plenty of personal attention.

At Bridgton Academy, we take strength & conditioning very seriously. Our athletic teams compete against some of the best in the country. Preparation is of the utmost priority. Coaching can take you far, but to be the best, you must work harder than everyone else.
